Our scope of rework services covers both hardware and software adaptations. The exchange of 0402 Chips, Fine Pitch components, BGA's and µBGA's is standardized in our factory. BMK offers BGA reballing to re-use expensive processors. Further firmware and software changes / exchanges are programmed and operated by our qualified operators. Product assembly up to the complete refurbishment including test makes our portfolio of services complete.

All services are performed in accordance to the IPC-Standards 7711 & 7721. Therefore Your products are always in good hands.
